On the beautiful island of Lefkada, there is a villa located close to Lygia village in a wonderful area with a fantastic view, Villa Buena Vista.
The Villa provides to the guests whatever is needed for a comfortable stay and a memorable guest experience. It is built in a quiet, ideal environment only 300 meters away from the seashore, where during the summer months a water sports business is operating.
The Villa is a three-minute drive to the picturesque port of Lygia, where you can find traditional seaside restaurants and cafes and ten minutes (10′) far from the city centre of Lefkada (capital of the island). The beautiful settlement of Nikiana is only five minutes (5′) far, whereas the cosmopolitan Nidri is fifteen minutes (15′) away from the villa. You can find a supermarket and a gas station in less than 1km distance. The nearest airport AKTION (PVΚ) is 21 kilometers (35 minutes).

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
