The new Villa Iiad is a private retreat to hide away and truly relax during your holidays on Lefkada Island. The breathtaking view over the Ionian Sea and surrounding Islands is a daily reward for the soul with different colours each day of your stay from sunrise till sunset. The luxurious design of Villa Luxe combines clean lines with an industrial touch and impressive interior design.

On the mountainside of Sivota Bay on Lefkada Island, with a panoramic view over the crystal clear Ionian Sea. Just a few minutes drive away is Sivota Village, a fisherman's village with traditional seafront seafood taverns, mini markets and small tourist shops. The Villa is part of a Villa complex with each Villa having its own privacy and undisrupted sea views.

Three double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds that also be turned into a double bed. Each bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom that provides for extra privacy between guests. Every room of Villa Luxe offers sea views and direct access to the pool area.

The front of Villa Luxe is made of tall glass sliding doors that allow you to have no limitations to enjoy the wonderful panoramic sea view over Sivota Bay, the surrounding mountains and the Ionian Sea.
